The staff here are the heart of the hotel; welcoming us with a refreshing drink upon arrival and ensuring we felt right at home. Special thanks to Kathy for her remarkable attention, helping us navigate recommendations and making our exploration of this cultural gem even sweeter. With free bikes available, we could easily cycle to the beach and around the charming streets, capturing the essence of Hoi An's vibrant culture. The rooftop pool became our oasis to unwind after long days filled with delightful experiences. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Hoi An while enjoying a touch of luxury!
